Katrina, our executive chef is responsible for all the delicious food creations produced at Farmington Gardens. Katrina is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University.  She is classically trained in both culinary and pastry arts. An honor student at Johnson and Wales, she spent an additional semester in Singapore and Thailand studying Asian cuisine.
