Katrina, our executive chef is responsible for all the delicious food creations produced at Farmington Gardens. Katrina is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University. She is classically trained in both culinary and pastry arts. An honor student at Johnson and Wales, she spent an additional semester in Singapore and Thailand studying Asian cuisine.
Katrina’s experience includes a five year employment for Delaware North Corporation. At Delaware North she assisted in the opening gala of the New Meadow Lands “Giants” Stadium and helped cater private parties for such celebrities as Boston Bruins owner Jeremy M .Jacobs, singer Carrie Underwood, and athletes from all the major Boston pro-teams.
As an owner-partner of Farmington Gardens, Katrina has the full reign of the kitchen with complete authority to purchase the ingredients necessary to create custom menus and unique dishes for your special event. She is available, by appointment, to discuss your individual event menu.
Katrina also creates the dishes for the banquet events at The North House, Farmington Gardens’ sister property.
